Welcome to Uniquify ("we," "us," "our," "Uniquify.pk"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of any products through it. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (ETO) 2002 (which gives legal recognition to electronic contracts and transactions), the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016, the Contract Act 1872, and applicable provincial Consumer Protection laws.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Uniquify.pk, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or placing an order under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian, to make a purchase on Uniquify.pk. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, contact details, payment information) is accurate and truthful.

3. Products & Descriptions

• We make every effort to ensure product images, descriptions, and pricing on our website are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in color, packaging, or design may occur due to product photography, screen display differences, or supplier updates — these do not constitute a defect.
• All products listed are subject to availability. In the rare case a product becomes unavailable after you've placed an order, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative, store credit, or full refund.
• Uniquify reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or policy abuse.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on Uniquify.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g., due to a technical glitch or listing mistake), Uniquify reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even if the order was initially confirmed.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payments (bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, debit/credit card, as available). Prepaid payment details are processed through secure third-party payment gateways; Uniquify does not store your full card details.
• Order confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp does not guarantee final acceptance — Uniquify reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to verify order/delivery details.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract of sale is only formed once we confirm and dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including after payment has been received, in which case a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

• Misuse our Return & Refund Policy through fraudulent damage claims or repeated policy abuse

Uniquify reserves the right to suspend or permanently block any customer/account found violating these Terms, and to pursue legal remedies where applicable under Pakistani law.

All content on Uniquify.pk — including but not limited to our logo, brand name, product photography, graphics, text, and website design — is the property of Uniquify and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (payment gateways, courier tracking, analytics, social media plugins). Uniquify is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Use of such services is at your own discretion and subject to their respective terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Pakistani law:

• Uniquify shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including delays caused by courier partners, network/technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Uniquify.pk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, we encourage you to first contact our support team directly so we can resolve the matter amicably and promptly. Most issues can be resolved without the need for formal legal action.
